If you wish, we will:

• Take Care of Scheduling
• Prepare all pre-closing documentation
• Take care of deeds, liens, subordination of existing liens
• Prepare all necessary Affidavits of Title, Notices of Settlement, and Survey Affidavits
• Prepare legal metes and bounds descriptions
• Disperse monies from our Trust Account
• Deliver title insurance policies and commitments to third parties, as necessary
• Conduct the closing with you or for you
• Filing Notices of Settlement
• Record all documents
• Ensure the issuance of all necessary insurance

Castle Rock’s Closings services make the entire process transparent for you and your client.

While Castle Rock Title is available to the general public for closing services, please be advised that we cannot and will not provide legal advice for anyone wishing to proceed without the services of an attorney. You will need a lawyer if wish to have someone review and explain any pre-closing documents, including, but not limited to: purchase contracts, property inspection reports or mortgage applications.
